The 2018 Ford F-150 Pickup Truck is a refreshed version of the F-150’s thirteenth generation, which has been in production since the 2015 model year. This was the first generation of the aluminum-bodied F-150. Ford took a big gamble on what the pickup future would look like, and committed to doing what no one else in the pickup truck world had done before or since.
